A recognized leader in the information industry and Connecticut native, Bouley became President of Nerac in January 1999. Bouley earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut in 1980 and began working at Nerac a year after graduation. After several promotions at Nerac in sales and accounting, Bouley was named Vice President in 1987 and held that position until acquiring the company.
